Sarah Knight is an 18 year hospitality professional. Having spent the first few years in the front of house, she realized her passion for creating great food and wanting to share it with others, so she transitioned to cooking full time. Always believing in further developing her skills and truly loving this work, Sarah set off down a unique path from cooking, to farming and ranching, and now butchery. Sarah attended the Art Institute of Washington for Culinary and is taking certificate courses at UCLA in Environment & Sustainability, Food Systems. Sarah's passion hasn't left cooking but has taken on a broader sense of wanting to help fix our broken food systems. She wants to get her hands dirty while simultaneously helping others learn how to lead better lives through food.
